On February 26, 2020 the EUPOL JMC hosted its third EUTalk dedicated to “The challenges of the European Union”. The conference was conducted by Mr. FERRAN TARRADELLAS, director of the Representation of the European Commission in Barcelona.
The conference took place in the auditorium of the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology (UAB), addressed in Spanish during the morning session and in English at the afternoon. In total, almost 300 students attended the appointment.
During the talk, Mr. TARRADELLAS focused on the digital transformation, the future relationship between Britain and the EU, the European Green Deal and the need to strengthen the role of the European citizens in the decision-making process.
