The ‘Train and Inspire’ sub-programme consists of two workshops per year organised in strong partnership with the European Documentation Centre UAB. They are especially designed for staff from public administration as well as politicians from the local, regional and national level. Strong emphasis is placed upon explaining the process of elaboration of European policies at the legislative and executive level.
The idea for a ‘Train and Inspire’ workshop programme was born out of the awareness of the complexity of the European institutional system. Thus, our objective is to clarify the decisional process and the steps realised to produce European policies. The final goal of the programme is to train public administrations to the workings of European politics and more specifically into the public action of EU institutions.
